If you want to practice style in a swimming technique, there are some basic techniques that we need to master. this is very helpful for us in learning a style of swimming. There are 3 basic techniques that you need to know are Breathing, Gliding and Floating.
Respiratory
One of the successes in swimming we can manage the breath well. First stand on the edge of the pond with low and keep your face on the water surface. Inhale through the mouth for a while and then enter your head into the water and exhale through your nose. Do this exercise slowly as much as 10 to 15 times each time you finish doing the movement or exercise. Repeat the exercise to find your own rhythm.
Glide
Glide is a movement of the body horizontally below the water surface. First come down in a shallow pool and back to the pool wall. Paste one of your feet (right or left) on the pool wall with your toes facing downwards as a repulsion to slide. Push the body through the footwork and glide as far as possible with the arms parallel to the front. Head cultivated into the water so that the ear parallel to the arm. Dive this movement as much as 10 to 15 times to find the balance of your body.
Floating / Floating
Floating Above
Floating supine is done by pulling back until the ear is submerged in water. Stretch both hands in a right-angled shape. The wrist remains straight and relaxes
Floating Upright Straight Vertically
Floating perpendicular vertically most commonly used is the movement of the body with the body position perpendicular below the surface of the water and the head remains on the surface of the water to the chin, while for the movement of the hands and feet movable for balance to keep the body floating on the surface of the water.
