In order to make military personnel's lives easier, the TAF App was developed to calculate in a practical, quick and intuitive way, their concept of the Physical Fitness Test in the military career, combining physical exercise and technology.

- Ease of choice: Based on your gender and age, the TAF App already shows you the maximum and minimum number of repetitions for each exercise.
