With the Tati Boing application you have access to your training and physical evaluations. In the training part you can access your card and see the exercises in detail and in the physical evaluation you can check your results and follow their evolution. One more convenience for you!

- Never run out of training, the app alerts you when your coach offers a new workout and when an old workout is over!

- Train with our "Virtual Coach" that shows you how to do each exercise of the card, timing your rest time and showing you how to run through images and videos.
