Se-ma-for Museum of Animation is one of the most interesting cultural institutions in Lodz. It has been established to promote animation, the work by Se-ma-for Studio, which has won the Academy Award twice, and broadly defined visual art. Based on Museum of Fairy Tales, opened in 2008, Se-ma-for Museum of Animation departed from the traditional museum form and become modernised with the usage of the latest technologies. Today the museum does not present static exhibitions, but it shows the animation art that we can touch and feel.
