Telegram Notifier

Telegram Notifier is an independent TDLib client that creates local Android notifications for Telegram chats, groups, channels, and bots you select. Choose which chats matter and whether to notify for incoming messages, outgoing messages, or both. Message filters can suppress unwanted notifications. Tap a notification to open the corresponding message in an installed Telegram-compatible client. The app runs a user-visible foreground service so time-sensitive Telegram messages can be processed in the background. You can review, clear, or explicitly share redacted local diagnostic logs.
