The Slimeking's Tower

· Local Multiplayer was added: Press button on a controller for 3 seconds to spawn the second player.
· Fairy Wings, Fake Angel Wings and Demon Wings now grant flying to the player.
· New character: Flesh.
· Pickups now react to bombs.
· Bombs can now be pushed by shooting them.
· Ingame's item viewer now has a "Next page" button.
· Several bugfixes.
