Provides Single Sign-On and secure access to TIBCO Cloud Live Apps including operating through proxies, firewalls and operation/access on Port 80.

Allows to select the right application and initiate new cases on the go

Enables to collaborate on existing cases – lookup case, edit data, attach new content, such as photos, and complete tasks
