• Track ticket sales via the event dashboard for current or shared events

• Check-in Attendees by scanning ticket QR codes

• Check-in multiple Attendees per order after scanning the QR code of a ticket associated with the order

• Manually check-in Attendees with their name, order number or ticket number

• Search for Attendees with their name, order number or ticket number

• Check-out Attendees, if Attendees are allowed to re-enter an event

• View seating assignments for general admission or reserved seating events

• Enable users with event manager, check-in only and view only rights to access and manage event(s) with their own email address and password

• Leverage offline functionality to check-in Attendees in the event no cellular or internet access is available

The real-time check-in status of tickets across all authenticated devices allows event organizers to stay informed. Additionally, our app eliminates the chance of Attendees committing ticket fraud during check-in as Attendee tickets update in real-time once checked-in.

Attendees can also download our mobile app to quickly access tickets and seating assignments when it is time to check-in at an event.
