How to use? As easy as 1-2-3-(4):

1. Add projects. Projects are where your items will go. Includes storerooms.

2. Add the items you would like to control and tell the system where they currently are.

3. Add jobs. Jobs are automatic action triggers that can be assigned to users on a team that prompt them to verify the condition and location of equipment and items.

4. And that's basically it - there are more advanced features that you can slowly get into.

Additionally, you can schedule audits and checks to make sure that items are indeed where they are supposed to be and that they are in good and safe working condition. With a few clicks you can "virtually" move equipment around and it can work with QR and barcode readers to make the process of checking large quantities of items in and more efficient.
