TruckDiary

Every trip either made money or lost it. TruckDiary is the truck expense tracker that tells you which — before you put the phone down.

Built for owner-operators, lorry owners and small fleet managers who still keep the trip book in a notebook. Write the going leg and the return leg, and the profit or loss is on the screen while you type. No formulas, no spreadsheet, no accountant needed to see where the money went.

A TRUCK TRIP LOG YOU CAN FILL IN A MINUTE

• Going leg and return leg in one trip entry — rent, kheraya, and what was spent

• Profit and loss updates live as you type

• Fuel, toll and maintenance tracked separately, so you see which expense eats the margin

• Attach a photo of the driver's notebook page to any trip

• Per-trip currency — BHD, SAR, PKR, USD. Amounts are never converted, so every total stays honest

KNOW WHICH TRUCK EARNS AND WHICH ONE LOSES

• Lifetime profit and loss for every truck in the fleet

• Plate number, type, assigned driver, registration expiry and status in one profile

• Best and worst performing truck, ranked — stop guessing which trailer bleeds money

YOUR DRIVERS, ON THE BOOKS

• Invite a driver and he logs his own trips from his own phone

• Trip count and average profit for every driver

• Saved routes, so the run you do every week takes two taps

THE FIGURES WHEN YOU NEED THEM

• This week, this month, all time — net profit at a glance

• Expense breakdown across the whole fleet

• Export a PDF trip ledger for your accountant, your partner or the bank

• JSON backup through the share sheet whenever you want your own copy

BUILT FOR THE YARD, NOT THE OFFICE

• Works with no signal — trips save on the spot and sync when you are back in range

• 4-digit PIN lock on the whole ledger

• Full English, Arabic and Urdu
