TrueMed GAMOT

TrueMed GAMOT is a companion app for the PhilHealth YAKAP medicine benefit: the GAMOT package, or Guaranteed and Accessible Medications for Outpatient Treatment. A member can receive up to PHP 20,000 of outpatient medicines a year at no cost from an accredited pharmacy. TrueMed is one of those pharmacies, in Metro Manila, and this app explains the benefit and shows which medicines are covered.

The availment form

If you already hold a UPSC code, you can ask us to prepare your medicines without leaving the app. Photograph your prescription and a valid ID, sign on the screen, and give a delivery address. The app reads the clinic name and the UPSC code off the prescription photograph and fills them in for you, and every field stays editable. Nothing from the form is kept on your phone afterwards except your reference code.

How to get a UPSC

A UPSC comes from a consultation, not from a pharmacy. The app explains both routes to one: a PhilHealth YAKAP clinic, or a health caravan that TrueMed brings to a workplace. If your employer is holding a caravan, you can reserve an hour of it inside the app and keep your batch number and QR ticket on the phone.

Works with no signal

The medicine list is bundled with the app, so browsing works offline. There are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking. Prices were captured on the date shown in the app; for the current price, check truemed.ph.

Important

TrueMed is not PhilHealth. We are a private, GAMOT-accredited pharmacy, and PhilHealth alone determines eligibility and coverage. The GAMOT prescription and the UPSC code come from a YAKAP clinic, not from the pharmacy — we cannot issue or reissue them.

Medicines are not sold or dispensed inside this app. Everything here is general guidance and is not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or a pharmacist. The app gives no dosing and no treatment advice. Follow your doctor's prescription.
