Two guys & Zombies: bluetooth

- Added a bot for a single-player game (he can follow to player, shoot and buy weapons for itself)
- Fixed a bug when fewer diamonds were given to the second player
- Fixed a bug when money flying from dead zombies blocked the interface
- Fixed a small bug with the display of lives on the location of Egypt
- Made a diamond purchase infinite
- Changed rewards for kill zombies
- Increased the clip and rate of fire for the grenade launcher
