Step counter and Distance are automatically synced to Google Fit.

Heart rate data from continuous heart rate monitoring are automatically stored in Google Fit. It is seamlessly integrated with the other Fit data and is also used automatically by Google Fit in the activity reports.

To use please enable Google Fit integration from inside companion phone app.
