The curricula designed by the School Boards or Education Bodies are designed to appeal to an average student. The curricula designers envisage that every student in a classroom will be able to learn but practically there is a wide gap in the levels between the learners in the same classroom. The effectiveness of a teacher is in ensuring that every student in the classroom is able to grasp the subject matter. If the curriculum and instructors behind school are sound, then so should be the outcome of student achievement. This is the basic premise on which our Teacher Mentoring Programme is based.
