[UX8] Black Theme LG G8 V40 V3

Version 2.3:
- Add Theme with default accents color.

To install default accents color theme:
+ Update theme from playstore.
+ Open UX 8 Black from playstore or from home screen launcher.
+ Click install to install theme.
+ Go to Settings/Display/Theme and choose UX8 Black (Default color) and click apply.
+ Restart your phone.
