In that line, the 'Valamana Alandur' Application developed under the supervision of our Hon'ble Minister of Rural Industries, Tha. mo. Anparasan, who was elected by the people as the Member of the Alandur Constituency Assembly, is designed to identify the demands and grievances of the public in all parts of the Alandur constituency and provide immediate solutions.

The public in the Alandur constituency can register themselves in the "Valamana Alandur" (APP) and include Roads and sidewalks, streetlights, debris, storm water drains and sewers, mosquitoes, animals, public toilets, land violations, traffic, and public nuisances in and around their area. It is set up so that if all requests and grievances are recorded it will come directly to our view.

Process of "Valamana Alandur" Application

The "Valamana Alandur" Application is an easy-to-use designed to hear the grievances of the public in the Alandur constituency.

1. The general public should use this application to record requests and Complaints in your area with relevant details and photo documentation.

2. The Complaint registration number will be given immediately upon request for such registration and will also be sent by SMS.

3. Requests and Complaints will be forwarded to the relevant authorities immediately from the date of registration.

4. You can find out the status of registered requests through the application using the Complaint registration number.

5. Action will be taken 24 hours onwards from the date of registration depending on the nature of the requests and complaints.

6. As soon as the complaint is fulfilled, it will also be announced via SMS.
