Veda App

Veda App is the field operations companion for pile foundation contractors. It brings the day-to-day work of a pile crew - attendance, pile bore logs, materials, and expense approvals - onto the phone in your team's hands.

Built for Veda Pile Tech India Private Limited (operating as Veda Pile Foundation and Veda Pile Technologies). This is a workplace tool. Accounts are issued by your administrator; you cannot self-register.

WHAT THE APP DOES

Daily attendance with selfie + GPS. Tap to check in or out from the site. The app takes a front-camera selfie and a GPS reading at the moment of submission.

Pile log entry. Capture pile number, diameter, cast date, machine, depth, BBS reinforcement, and concrete poured. Save and resume per step. The signed bore-log photo is approved through the company's multi-stage workflow.

Daily Pile Count. Pile crews record the day's production at a glance. Datewise + per-pile views.

Materials, fuel, and expenses. Submit indents and approvals on the go.

Approval queue. See what is waiting on you, take action, push it forward.

Offline tolerance. The app queues your submissions when network is patchy and flushes them on reconnect.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS

Camera permission is requested only at the moment of check-in or photo capture.

Location permission is requested for attendance check-in / out, so the company can verify on-site work. Coordinates are stored only at the moment of submission.

Notifications are optional and used for approval reminders.

ACCESS

You will need a username and password issued by your administrator. The mobile app pairs your account with a single device; if you change phones, your administrator approves the move.
