Vem Tranquilo GPS is a collaborative navigation app focused on safety in Rio de Janeiro.

The map shows real-time areas with crime risk—highlighted directly on the route. You receive audio alerts when approaching or entering these areas, to help you decide the best route before reaching the risk zone.

In addition to the areas, the community reports incidents on the map: shootings, robberies, roadblocks, speed cameras, floods, accidents, and much more. Reports have comments, likes, and expire automatically.
