Vital Events Notification system (VENS) App is develop for health facilities (HF) staff and community health workers to records Vital Events like births, deaths and feotal deaths. The App facilitate the HF Staff to record Causes of Death using ICD-10 or ICD-11 and Verbal Autopsy for the community health workers. The app interact with online database of VENS using APIs and provide different analysis and reports of the vital event in the community
