In the age of information explosion and technological advancements at lightning speed, we understand that it’s a daunting task to keep our students meaningfully engaged and motivated in the classroom. It is in this context that the Draft National Education Policy, 2019 has strongly recommended Continuous Professional Development of Teachers as an important responsibility of schools.

V-LEAP brings to all academic staff of VIBGYOR an In-Service Teacher Training Programme that focuses on the basic knowledge and skillsets required by teachers to implement instruction in a 21st-century classroom.

The offering is a series of Courses which will act as a refresher on the perspective and methodology in education while reinforcing some of the best contemporary educational practices.

The courses are self-paced and the online training program leverages technology and offers the flexibility to engage with the course content at one’s convenience.

The course areas have been carefully chosen to cut across all crucial aspects of education namely, Learning, Pedagogy, and Evaluation Understanding the Learner, Special Needs Education, Safety in Schools, Health and Nutrition and Professional Skills.
