Volcanoes: Map, Alerts & Ash C

Introducing location based alerts and Pro Features (available as in-app purchases).
This new functionality includes a set of options intended for more experienced users.

Other improvements include:

# Major database update - checked the data, added more than 100 volcanoes and about 800 Wikipedia links.
# Optionally show 100+ volcano webcams.
# Added search by location name using Google API

And a lot of minor enhancements and bug fixes.
