vPray Azan

vPray Azan app uses accurate local prayer times for cities in North America.

The need for an accurate Azan app with accurate local times has always been there for Muslim Shia Communities. We have started this project with our home city Vancouver, BC, and have plans to expand the list of cities in Canada and eventually all of North America.

vPray is developed based on local prayer time table which was distributed initially by “Academy of Learning Islam (A.L.I)” and has set as the main prayer time table among Shiaa community centers in Vancouver since then.

vPray includes recitation of Azan 3 times during the day with the option of changing Azan voices and setting reminder times.

Other features include Weekly & Monthly Praying times, Ghibla Locator, Shiaa Calendar for all 12 months. These features will be added soon.

vPray is developed by Etrat Media Group, owned by Etrat Institute, based in Vancouver Canada.
