WhatsApp Export - Chat Viewer

Turn a WhatsApp chat export into something you can actually keep, read, and share — a clean PDF document or an interactive page that opens in any browser and still plays voice notes.

HOW IT WORKS

1. In WhatsApp: open a chat, tap the three-dot menu, then More, then Export chat.

2. Send it directly to this app, or save it and import it here.

3. Preview the conversation, choose how it should look, and export.

IMPORTS ANYTHING WHATSAPP GIVES YOU

• ZIP exports, with or without media

• A loose _chat.txt file that is already unzipped

• A complete unzipped folder

• Exports from Android, iPhone, and WhatsApp Web or Desktop

• Any WhatsApp language — the reader follows the structure, not a word list

SEE THE CHAT BEFORE YOU EXPORT

Your conversation is rebuilt in a familiar chat view: bubbles, day dividers, sender colours, and wallpaper. Search the entire history, jump to any date, tap a photo to open a full-screen, swipeable gallery, and play voice notes right there.

EXPORT AS PDF

• Three layouts — chat bubbles, two-column (about half the pages), or a compact one-row-per-message table

• A4, Letter, or Legal paper

• Adjustable text size

• Black-and-white mode for monochrome printers

• Cover page with the chat name, message, people, and media totals, plus the period covered

• Photos and stickers embedded inline

EXPORT AS AN INTERACTIVE PAGE

• Five looks — Bubbles, Table, Elegant, Dark, and iOS

• One self-contained file — photos and audio are included inside it

• Voice notes play with a real audio player

• Tap any photo to view it full size

• Opens in any browser, on any device, with nothing to install

CHOOSE EXACTLY WHAT GOES IN

• Include or leave out photos, stickers, and voice notes

• Keep or remove system messages

• Hide phone numbers

• Pick which people to include in group chats

• Choose any date range

• Oldest first or newest first

• 12-hour or 24-hour clock

NOTHING GETS LOST ALONG THE WAY

Bold, italic, strikethrough, and monospace text. Links, email addresses, and @mentions. Replies with the message they quote. Forwarded, edited, and deleted markers. Polls with their vote counts. Documents, contacts, videos, and GIFs shown as labelled tiles with their size and duration.

EVERY LANGUAGE, EVERY EMOJI

Arabic, Persian, Urdu, and Hebrew are laid out correctly from right to left. Chinese, Korean, Thai, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and many more render correctly, with full-colour emoji. Every font ships inside the app.

YOUR EXPORTS, IN ONE PLACE

Every file you create is kept in a library you can search and filter by format. Open PDFs and interactive pages in the built-in viewer, then share them by email, to cloud storage, or anywhere else — or remove the ones you no longer need.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your chat is read and converted entirely on this device. No account to create and nothing to sign in to.

GOOD FOR

• Keeping a conversation that matters to you

• Archiving a chat before you clear it

• Family memories, trip plans, and group projects

• Sharing a record with a lawyer, accountant, or insurer

• Printing a chat or attaching it to an email
