Woba

Woba is an app that aims to support the stress prevention and a healthy psychological work in Danish as well as foreign companies.

The app is based on the latest research from the National Research Center for Working Environment and the latest international stress research, and contains 10 simple and research validated questions. The questions are submitted to the company's employees at 14 day intervals, and depending on the reply character will the employee be assigned to one of three outcome categories related to his current job satisfaction level. For each outcome category will be an opportunity for deepening and various proposals for further action initiatives. In addition, the employee after answering the opportunity to view its current and ongoing job satisfaction level in the form of a visual temperature reading on his personal profile page.

The app is an innovative and professional measurement tool that delivers data to Wobas stress counseling team and organizational psychology consultants. Apart from the employees reported data drawn a temperature measurement of the company, department or team's overall welfare and stress levels

and an associated action report. Depending on the current level are planned in close cooperation with the company a further course of action with a focus on specific stress prevention and wellbeing promoting interventions at individual, group, management, and organizational level (IGLO model). Stress Prevention is thus not the individual's responsibility - but the effort throughout the organization.
