Supervisors can monitor task statuses via the workflow app, ensuring oversight and verifying completion by technicians. Additionally, updated notifications provide real-time progress updates for each task or request.

New Feature: Added Group View and Group Related Task in Task Management for improved organization.
Enhancements: Retained search keywords across tabs, removed duplicate notification pages, and added HEIC image support.
Bug Fixing: Fixed issues with 2FA submit button, duplicate statuses, text overflow, missing images, task completion, status updates, Approve/Reject buttons, and remark validation. Also resolved navigation, submission errors, and missing new requests.
