MyBoards: Create boards to facilitate discussions and dissemination of information. MyBoards also provide a quick and simple way to create and track tasks, survey questionnaires and nominations

Notification: Notification feature allows dissemination of ops circulars, policies, operational instructions that requires tracking of read acknowledgement for each employee. Questionnaire can also be inserted to gauge each employee’s understanding after reading the notification.

(B) Using our Ops management tools to run shift scheduling, attendance and timesheet as well as setup custom forms.

Shift Scheduler: Shift scheduler for both assign and open booking shifts, catering for different types of shift work. Shift scheduler includes automated standby shift activation when employees cancel their shift booking.

Attendance and Timesheet: Use of facial recognition, QR code and manual input to facilitate attendance taking for shift work. Clean and simple dashboard to track employees who are currently working and approval of timesheet.

Custom Form: Configurable forms to meet various operations and administrative requirements. Employees can submit the form through mobile or web while administrators can provide status update after form submission.

(C) Bring fun and joy to operational tasks, training and company communication with gamification and reward staff with points to redeem exciting gifts!

Gamification: Gamify employee’s KPI, attendance, timeliness and many more. Visualise team or individual position through leaderboards.

Rewards: Lots of exciting items for staff to redeem with their points earned. Including vouchers from supermarkets, shopping malls and many others.
