Mobile access to the XPRIMER platform
The XPRIMER platform is a tool that enables comprehensive support for business processes in the enterprise.
XPRIMER mobile access allows access to areas selected by the client, including mainly employee self-service, extended by personnel management (XPRIMER.HRM) and maintenance management (XPRIMER.CMMS).
The application is designed for each employee. Regardless of your position in the organization, function and tasks performed, with XPRIMER you will improve your and your team's work.
Access to the XPRIMER platform through the use of the XPRIMER mobile application depends on the individual configuration of each client and is determined by the administrators of the XPRIMER platform.
As part of the standard provided by EQ System, the following elements are supported:
For employee self-service
As an Employee, you can in the XPRIMER application:
- check exactly how your working time is planned
- verify the number of hours worked in a given month
- view the list of your T&A readings
- check the balance of your overtime hours in a given settlement period
- apply for overtime
- determine the amount of leave you are entitled to in a given period
- plan your vacation
- issue and send a leave request
- verify the salary slip, taking into account all allowances
- download the PIT declaration
- apply for remote work, business or private outing
- submit an application for the certificates and documents you need (about earnings, employment, issuance of copies of employee documents, etc.)
- report the need for office supplies, marketing materials, personal protective equipment, etc.
- keep up to date with applicable regulations, messages and regulations in the company.

- add and receive remarks and comments about the status of tasks performed and applications submitted by you.
For managing subordinates

- accept leave requests and overtime claims for employees

For Maintenance Services
As an employee of maintenance services, you can with the XPRIMER application:
- register service requests (indicating the service facility, reason, type of request, priority, attaching additional documentation)
- receive information about service orders (SMS, e-mail, PUSH notifications)
- verify the scope of the received order
- report the execution of the service request
- lock and unlock machines and devices.
- register the working time of SUR employees for a given order
- manage materials and consumables.
A mobile supervision dashboard was created for SUR coordinators and managers, which can be used to manage service requests, service orders and recurring orders, and to delegate tasks to subordinate employees.
In addition to standards in the area of SUR and employee self-service, the application can also make decisions in the context of specific tasks created in the XPRIMER platform, as well as handle other processes implemented for the needs of a given client.
