Yourgood.CRM

An application where you can collect correspondence from all instant messengers into one place to:

- respond to customers faster

- avoid loss of contacts and dialogues

- close deals more successfully

- structure the work of sales managers

- do not lose your customer base after an employee leaves.

Functions:

- The ability to connect all instant messengers into a single window, while employees see only their own transactions and other people’s correspondence does not interfere with their ability to do their job efficiently.

- “Requires a response”: will allow you not to lose the client’s request, it will no longer be lost in a heap of correspondence.

- Case statuses: will help you track the deal and close it successfully.

- Message templates: will speed up the work of employees who will not have to type standard messages over and over again.

- Tags will allow you to structure correspondence and reflect important information (example: “VIP client” or “treat gently”)

- The manager has access to all correspondence and can check at any time how well the work is being done.

- Filtering: will allow you to see only those transactions that are needed at the current moment.

- Both the client and the employee can initiate a dialogue.

The easiest way to get started:

1. Log in to the system

2. Scan the QR code to link the messenger to your account
