Email notifications are received with the appointment details when an associate schedules or updates an appointment using ZenWelcome. Associates can login into the mobile app to schedule an appointment for a visitor. Scheduling appointment in advance helps quick check-in at main gate security office. All Zensar associates have access to schedule an appointment for Pune campus visitors for business purposes. ZenWelcome provides following features to the Zensar associates:
