We prepare the dough for our pizza according to the classic recipe. The composition includes: high quality Italian flour, purified water, sea salt and sourdough. The dough is fermented within 48 hours. For the sauce we use tomatoes from Naples. Pickled mozzarella cheese with a short shelf life.

Our oven was made in Italy. When baking Neapolitan pizza, we use high quality firewood, which allows us to maintain a temperature of at least 400 degrees. Thus, we adhere to the classic Neapolitan style.
