1964, the cold war. The scientists of the military laboratory are given the task. Develop a psychotropic weapon capable of stopping the enemy, by instilling the necessary thoughts.

1995 Perestroika. Chaos. Secret documents flow to the Americans. Having learned about the laboratory, the CIA decides to take possession of them, and asks local authorities to steal them. They send two scumbags to steal a certain sample.

Dimon and his chum Vova, decide to make a lot of money, and go to the business that give their older brothers. The task is simple - it is necessary to steal a suitcase with documents on a quiet basis. But everything turned out to be not so simple and the situation is getting out of control.
