Tenants should note:

- (Owner search) Understand the basic information of the owner. The owner's full name, transaction price and registration date of the property can be displayed in the owner's information.

- (Check the Haunted House) To check whether the unit is a haunted house, you can go through major haunted house websites and refer to the valuation of the unit by the bank. The rent of the haunted house can be discounted by up to 30% to 40%.
