The mobile app "Heart Care Online i-CARE" specially designed for patients with coronary heart disease was established by the School of Nursing of The University of Hong Kong. Support users to monitor their own health indicators. "Heart Care Online i-CARE" provides multiple functions, such as:

• Coronary heart disease self-management course

Users can use the interactive self-management courses in this program to help users better manage their illnesses.

• Self-monitoring

Users can use this program to monitor and record blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fat, body fat percentage and body mass index and other indicators.

• Nurse chat room

Users can contact and consult with registered nurses through the nurse chat room in this program.

• Set personal goals

Through this program, users can set personalized goals to improve their life style. Users can upload text and pictures to view the progress of the personalized goals.
