Your objective in Swarm Simulator is to pass the orders from queen to the workers. It will result in growing your swarm and feeding its members. When the red arrow appears you have to slide in the direction that it shows. When the arrow is green, you have to slide where the queen direction shows. Seems easy but when you have to do this fast, it's not!

Any mistake can cause your swarm fly away!
