- fix for comments and send-to-parents so they correctly pick up on centre settings.

Please note the recent updates to this app:
- comments hidden when turned off for centre.
- when posting the default value for 'send to parents' can likewise be controlled by the centre settings.
- parent posts are now shown in blue.
