Archiflow is Siav's App that allows you to access company content and processes wherever you are. You can browse the Archiflow document archive, consult mail and activities. You can also act on the information in real time: insert new cards, share documents, notes and messages with your collaborators, take charge of workflow activities and processes, monitor deadlines, put an electronic or graphometric signature on documents to manage mobility the approval process.

All this with a top user experience in terms of look & feel, usability, performance and functionality. Archiflow is a native application for Android, and offers you all the pleasure and ease of use you expect.

Archiflow includes the following features:

GENERAL

- authentication with login and password, configurable automatic access;

- home with icon dashboard, and menu always visible with a simple swipe;

- customizable index display;

- choice of the main page (home, mail, activity ...);

- integration with graphometric signature *.

MAIL

- consultation of personal and shared mail;

- ability to delete, forward and mark messages as read;

- consultation and management of the files and the forms that compose them.

CARDS

- generic search or with indexes in the document archive;

- complete consultation of the cards;

- insertion of notes and messages to the document and visibility customization;

- possibility to apply electronic signature and graphometric signature, to manage the approval process on the go;

- possibility to forward documents with Archiflow mail to users, groups and offices;

- creation of e-mails to send documents to external users;

- insertion of new records in the document archive;

ACTIVITIES AND WORKFLOW

- display of one's worklist, with the activities to be carried out and those in charge;

- ability to filter the activities displayed (all / expiring / expired), and immediate view of the expiration (yellow or red bar);

- taking charge, forwarding or refusal of the activities;

- visualization and management of the processes in charge.

Archiflow guarantees you maximum security, thanks to the password authentication mechanism, the use of the HTTPS protocol for the transmission of data and documents, the use of the same access rules (rights, visibility, etc.) applied on the "full clients "For PC.

- download the App on your smartphone or tablet;
