ATAK Plugin: JamAlert

JamAlert detects GPS jamming attacks on your ATAK device in real-time.

When GPS signals are deliberately disrupted, JamAlert alerts you immediately with on-screen warnings and map markers showing the affected location. Share alerts with your team over TAK networks so everyone knows when GPS integrity is compromised.

How It Works:

JamAlert continuously monitors your device's GPS receiver. When signal quality degrades, it analyzes the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) values to determine the cause:

Jamming Attack: AGC swings wildly as receiver tries to compensate for interference → Red alert

Natural Signal Loss: AGC remains stable despite lost satellites → Orange warning

This prevents false alarms when you walk into a building or enter a canyon while still detecting actual electronic warfare threats.

Privacy:

JamAlert processes all data locally on your device. No data is sent to external servers. Network alerts only go to your configured TAK server.
