The blue light planner is the most comprehensive service planner for the emergency services.

The Blue Light Planner allows you to manage multiple rescue sites and work areas at the same time. Thanks to simple working time templates, you can create recurring duty rosters with just a few clicks. With color coding you can keep track of the different work areas. Several locations can also be displayed and planned in parallel.

Organize your employees directly in the app with extensive master data and preferences. The operation of the blue light planner is structured identically on the computer or in the app and is fully possible in each case. You can run an entire organization from your smartphone, from anywhere in the world. Of course, there is extensive rights management for site management.

Employees can apply for open duties or you can assign them directly. The blue light planner automatically checks that no employee is assigned to different shifts at the same time. You will also be informed immediately about service overlaps. Your employees are never helpless. In the service information you will find the respective telephone number of contact persons, neighboring shift colleagues and you will always be navigated to the correct facility via the navigation link.

Thanks to various notifications, you are always up to date and nothing is forgotten. Whether new service applications, upcoming services or open service evaluations, the app always informs the administrator and the user reliably and up-to-date via push notification and e-mail. Automatic transfer to your own calendar is also possible (iCall).

In the event of a service failure, you can alert previously defined groups of people via push notification about the failure. You can easily share location information and SOPs in the app's "pinboard". Duty rosters as PDF no longer have to be sent either, the blue light planner creates public calendars via a web link that you can make available to selected recipients. Of course, you also define the level of detail here.

With the evaluation module, you can evaluate the services rendered by recording overtime and assignments. With extensive CSV exports, you can then transfer the data to other systems or, in the next step, bill directly in the blue light planner.

In order to settle the costs for the services provided and incidental costs with the cost bearer, you can enter the cost bearer together with the contracts and incidental costs in the blue light planner. The evaluated duty rosters are then billed in our billing module and ready-to-use PDF invoices are created for e-mail dispatch. All invoices and exports can be conveniently downloaded as a ZIP file for the archive at the end of a statement. All of this is fully automated and can also be triggered on a smartphone!

You can also conveniently pay your employees via credit note or fee invoice. The blue light planner manages all hours worked and creates all invoices including the SEPA transfer file. Your employees have an archive in the app and also receive an overview by email. The invoice layout can be customized.
