BlockerMode: Content Blocker

BlockerMode is a digital wellbeing and content blocking app. Users pick any installed app to block: whole-app blocking, Focus Window schedules, and enforcement that detects when a blocked app is in the foreground. The app needs full package visibility to show users the complete list of installed apps to choose from, and to reliably enforce blocks on the apps they picked. A partial list would let blocked apps escape enforcement, breaking the app's core function.
