The first version of our app allows anyone who wants to exercise at home without the need for any equipment. At the first stage, we provide training programs for women and men. It is aimed to choose the most suitable training for the individual by separating the male and female bodies which should be applied different methods. In the second stage, you choose between "lose weight" and "fit body". Thus, the individual will be able to choose the training that is most appropriate for him/her and will be able to reach their goals in the shortest time by working without any equipment.
