Heather has 20 years of dance experience in Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Red River National Stars, Vicky's School of Dance, Bossier City Battlewings, Bossier High School Dance Line, and the dance program at Louisiana State University.

In January 2010 at Fit Nation in Bossier City, LA, Heather began teaching group fitness classes including Core, Kickboxing, Les Mills BodyPump, and Les Mills BodyJam.

Heather's training techniques can vary to include Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Cycle, etc.

She is available to train at four Anytime Fitness locations: Two in North Bossier on Airline Drive, Anytime Fitness in Benton, LA, and on Shreveport Barksdale Hwy in Shreveport. Heather is also available for in-home and online training.
