Cooling Time Estimator

A proper cooling time can help to avoid or reduce the molding defects during manufacturing such as warpage. Longer cooling time will result in a better product performance normally but, unfortunately, increase the manufacturing time and cost in the same time. Cooling Time Estimator can help users to estimate the cooling time for a better product quality with minimized time consuming in the early stage of mold trial.

Input: Specify the molding process conditions prior the calculation of estimated cooling time. The default values are provided based on the material selection, and users can still modify some of the parameters if need.

Output: A recommended cooling time will be calculated based on the process conditions specified by users. This is an estimated value which can assist users as a reference when setting cooling time or other process conditions.
