The "Curò - Neighborhood Pizzeria" project was born from a vision of Saverio Brancati.

Saverio, de facto founder and owner, has gained long experience in the restaurant sector in Milan. An experience that made him aware of the fact that the suburbs often do not offer too much variety and culinary quality to their inhabitants and that in general it is impossible to find a pizzeria that has Sicilian traditions and ingredients within its offer.

For these two main reasons Saverio decided to get involved and open his own pizzeria.

The main mission is therefore to carry forward the taste and Sicilian culinary tradition and create an identifying point of reference for the neighborhood where you have the opportunity to meet your neighbors and eat an excellent pizza without necessarily having to go to Milan.
