Improved layout of the home screen on the Galaxy Y

Correction of minor bugs:
- Fixed menu display on the tablet
- Fixed error that closed the app. The error occurred while trying to close the screens of detail on some devices
- Correction of the titles of screens that were being replaced by the name of the app
