EnvivasApp

The EnvivasApp presents itself in a completely new, modern design for smartphones and tablets.

The EnvivasApp at a glance:

- We will inform you about all news via push notification.

- In the EnvivasApp you will also find information about current supplementary insurance and related services from Envivas Krankenversicherung AG. This information is displayed to you, among other things, in the form of news and service articles on the various pages of the app.

Sending invoices, sick notes, personal letters and forms is now even easier: take photos of documents and send them securely to Envivas using the EnvivasApp. With the app you always know when we have processed your request or whether there are still any questions.

We will send you a push notification for all news. You can also see all the latest news on the app’s home page. And if something goes wrong with your photos, we will explain step by step how you can send missing or difficult-to-read documents to us again.

All documents sent are saved permanently. If you want, you can also use the app on multiple smartphones or tablets at the same time. This means you have access to your documents anytime, anywhere. Even if you have a new smartphone, nothing will be lost.

Important for you to know:

You do not have to send invoices submitted via the app to Envivas by post. However, Envivas reserves the right to request submitted invoices separately for review in individual cases; therefore, you should keep your original invoices for at least six months after submission.

To use the EnvivasApp, existing insurance coverage from Envivas Krankenversicherung AG is required. The prerequisite for using the app is a one-time registration with your insurance number. In order to send documents from the app to Envivas, you need an internet connection (e.g. WiFi or mobile data connection). The costs for data transfer when sending invoices depend on the tariffs of your network provider.

We support the current Android version as well as the two previous versions. You can also install the EnvivasApp on older Android devices. However, we no longer offer technical support for older Android versions.
