The Bihar State Election Commission’s (BSEC) Smartphone based DLT enabled eVoting application is designed to facilitate eVoting for voters of Bihar state. This innovative app allows eligible voters to conveniently and securely register and cast their votes electronically using their smartphones during elections. The application is multilingual and supports two languages: Hindi and English. To assist users, a comprehensive Help section is integrated into the app. This section provides clear guidance on the necessary prerequisites for using the app and offers a detailed overview of both the voter registration and e-voting process
