Guess what? You CAN do this one! We encourage you to experience one of our most popular rides. House Music and soul rhythms 70 music with choreography and dance moves. This class will encourage you to get off the bike and dance! Guess what? It’s encouraged.

Additional rides include hip-hop, socca, reggae, funk and old school. No one is left out! We Ride! We go IN and refuse to look back!

BXConCourse Cycle

Clip on your spd's for this one! The 1 hour BX ConCourse Cycle class is an amazing eclectic variety of small hills, flat roads and jumps. Based on our signature EyeCyclenyc™ 5 boro excursion, this ride offers a variety of cadences ranging from 60RPM's through to 110RPMs. Our team of riders will guide you along this 5 mile journey of challenges, seated sprints and aggressive climbs. The goal is to complete it without hesitation. Be ready to work beyond your comfort zone and join us... This class takes you into your own energy zone so much our avid riders forget the hour is over. When the ride is over, enjoy a proper cool-down... you'll need it.

Lift& Glutes

Redefine your strength by relieving lower back discomfort, neck and knee pain via glute and core strengthening exercises. This is class is modified for YOU! EyeLift is low impact, fun and challenging. We incorporate light equipment and weights plus amazing music!
