Lockdown uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when a restricted app is opened during an active focus session, so it can return you to the home screen. This is what allows Lockdown to enforce your commitment in real time. Lockdown does not read your screen content, keystrokes, or messages: this capability is explicitly disabled in the app's configuration.
