Faster is a simple free intermittent fasting tracker app which helps you in keeping track of your fasts. There are numerous health benefits that are related to intermittent fasting:

- a 20 hour fasting window with 4 hours of eating,

- a 36 hour fast,

- a 48 hour fast.

⚡ Another feature of the app allows you to track your coffee, water and supplements intake. When you start intermittent fasting, you restrict your food intake, but you will continue to drink water and you may also choose to drink coffee or to take supplements and vitamins to give you additional boost of energy during your fasts.

⚡ Faster also provides you with basic data about your fasts that you will find in the stats screen. This includes the number of completed fasts, your most selected fast, total fasting time, your coffee and water intake.
