Feat.® is the Order Taker/Marketplace available to everyone that works for the evolution of the gastronomic sector where you can connect and sell to all HoReCa establishments such as Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, clubs, bars and others that are registered in your area defined coverage, offering your entire portfolio with effective offer tools, differentiated price lists per customer, customer segmentation and geo-referencing, order tracking, order taking and shipping, and strategic operational and market information so that you can make the best decisions. .

The platform has a free “starter plan” and a “Pro plan” with differential functionalities for distributors. Payments, special prices, order portfolios and order deliveries will be managed directly by the distributor.

Important instructions:

- Correctly register the distributor, its payment methods and its coverage areas on the map under polygons.

- Upload updated documents requested for the activation of the distributor in the marketplace.

- Register the worker users who will be part of the distributor, defining the type of user (administrator or commercial operator) to maintain structure in the commercial operation and can place orders through the order taking module.

- Correctly register the portfolio under the defined structure along with its images for rapid approval by Feat.

-Frequently update inventories and prices for a good experience on the platform.

- Quickly review and manage new customers linked to the distributor, assigning them responsible worker users and a differentiated price list, if applicable, so that they can begin their business relationship.

- Quickly review and approve customer orders, correctly tracking order status until delivery.

- Make correct use of the advanced CRM message module for effective commercial connection with clients in the requested orders, resolving their concerns.

- Make correct use of the information obtained from clients.

- Work with your current clients by taking their orders through the platform to make it known and strengthen the word of mouth of the Feat experience.

- Correctly execute the discount codes of the programmed savings program Ft. points that have been redeemed at the distributor in the order by the customer with their respective discount, remember that the discount is assumed by Feat. and is paid to the distributor immediately time is generated.

- Participate in the community wall, publishing and commenting on content (Images and videos) of interest in the sector so that you contribute to its evolution.
